Taiwan Takisawa introduced Highly Rigid Large CNC Turning Machine
TAIWAN TAKISAWA introduced its Highly Rigid Large CNC Turning Machine-LS-800L15. TAIWAN TAKISAWA's LS- 800L15 CNC Lathe is built with super duty one-piece cast iron contruction featuring high dampening coefficient with minimal thermo deformation. Its 45˚slant bed design provides optimal cutting condition. The slideways, hardended by high frequency induction, offer ideal hardness characterustics. Hand scraped Turcite B ensures static as well as dynamic accuracy between all contact surfaces. LS- 800L15 CNC Lathe's highlyrigid spindle features deformation resistance, powerful turning capability and rugged durability.
Taiwan Taikisawa produced Super Duty turret features rapid positioning and the largest available 18″ diameter curvic coupling. This massive turret is 31.5″ in diameter and 7.8″ thich.
LS- 800L15 highly rigid 2-axis CNC lathe equips two-step gearbox, which offers extraodinarily high torque during low speed machining for outstanding super heavy cutting performance.
